Dawn Young worked for an analytics company prior to joining the MorphWorks team. She is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive having experience in identifying US and global data assets. For banking and risk assessments she has built a detailed parsing strategy that allows financial regulators to require increased fidelity for the identification of sanctioned parties, and those parties suspected of funding terrorism. She was also a leader in a background investigation company focusing on primary sourced data, continuous monitoring and open source investigations. She also holds a private investigative license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
In her leisure time Dawn enjoys cooking for her family and friends, and the many bike trails the area has to offer. She is also a volunteer at Doorways for Women and Families: a non-profit that works to transform the lives of adults, youth and children who are facing homelessness or suffering abuse in Arlington.
