Martin is a 36-year Army veteran with extensive experience in Logistics management, operations, policies and procedures. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in the Army’s Budgetary principles, procedures, and guidelines. Martin holds a Master of Science degree from George Mason University in Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics.
Outside of work, Martin and his wife call Northern Alabama home, tending to their property and supporting a local feline rescue by fostering animals until they are adopted.
